Need to know what supplies they would need to start a concierge service is for Real?
I own homes and apartments which are controlled by real estate. I was also considering the provision of additional services that include interior painting, repair and maintenance outside the light of the court to prepare the home for sale or rent. I have one idea of what I need to start my business but would be grateful if anyone could give me a better idea how to start the company and the supplies you need to get started. Not to mention on how to charge a fair price and keep your business. So, where do I buy the supplies they need. And the way to market my business to customers what they need. Thanks
Pizza lover right in the licenses. However, do not be discouraged. Cleaning and maintenance are areas that are severely under-served, and you can do as much as you want if you are willing to work overtime. You can do much more with people who work for you, but the headache of having additional concurrent licenses and insurance may be more than they expected. Check Don Aslett books on cleaning.
